Cookie policy

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Find out what it does use, which outside services you may open and how to control cookies.

This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies this website uses and how you can control them. In short: without your consent we set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only if you allow marketing cookies in the cookie banner do we load the Meta Pixel, described below.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They can remember your settings, keep you signed in or, in the case of tracking cookies, follow your activity across different websites. Similar technologies include browser storage (such as localStorage), tracking pixels and content that your browser loads from other servers. Some of these are strictly necessary for a website to work. Others, such as analytics or advertising tools, may only be used with your consent.

What this website uses

This website currently:

  • sets no analytics cookies
  • sets marketing cookies (the Meta Pixel) only after you allow them in the cookie banner
  • does not use browser storage such as localStorage to track you
  • loads its fonts from its own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts

Strictly necessary technical processing

To deliver pages securely and reliably, our hosting provider, [hosting provider], and the technical framework the website is built on may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms, for example to route your request or to protect the site against misuse. These are not used to track you or to show you advertising, and they do not require your consent. [List of strictly necessary cookies set by the hosting provider, if any]

Meta Pixel (marketing, only with your consent)

If you allow marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages of this website were visited, so that we can measure how well our Facebook and Instagram adverts work and show our adverts to people who have visited the site. Meta may link this to your Meta account if you have one. Without your consent the Meta Pixel is not loaded at all.

  • _fbp: set by the Meta Pixel to recognise your browser, stored for up to 90 days
  • fr: set by Meta (facebook.com) for advertising, stored for up to 90 days
  • You can withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Flag images from flagcdn.com

The small country flags in the language switcher and in the phone number field are loaded directly from flagcdn.com. When your browser loads them, it connects to that server and shares technical information such as your IP address and browser details. We do not use this connection to track you. You can read more about it in our privacy policy.

Third-party services you may open

Some links on this website take you to services run by other companies. These services are only contacted when you click the link, and their own cookie and privacy policies then apply:

  • WhatsApp: WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp/Meta.
  • Google Maps: the map on our contact page is only loaded after you allow marketing cookies or click “Show map”. Links to our location open Google Maps on Google's website or in its app.

Phone and email links simply open the phone or email app on your device. We have no control over the cookies that third-party services set, so please check their policies before you use them.

How to control cookies in your browser

You can view, block and delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

  • see which cookies are stored and delete some or all of them
  • block cookies from third-party websites
  • block all cookies
  • delete all cookies automatically when you close the browser
  • browse in a private or incognito window

Your browser's help pages explain how to do this. Because this website does not rely on non-essential cookies, blocking cookies should not stop you from using it.

Future changes

If we add further analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this cookie policy and our privacy policy first and ask for your consent before any such tool is used. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time.
